Digital PDF counted cross stitch charts are delivered by email once your payment is processed. Paypal payment will be ready for immediat download. Credit cards will be processed manually and available once I have charged the credit card. 

Downloads are available for 24 hours. After that I can send them out via email if you let me know you didn't get it downloaded in time. sales@whitewillowstitching.com is the email address to use to contact me.
