White Willow Stitching does not accept returns on cross stitch charts due to copyright abuse. Sorry that some thieves ruin it for everyone. 

Cross stitch charts purchased in PDF format are not to be shared. PDF charts are for your personal use only and can not be sold, given away or shared either online or printed out. 

If there is a chargeback dispute there will be a 100.00 administration fee to cover cost of fees charged by our gateway providers and labor required in handling the dispute. 

If you do not agree to any of this please do not purchase White Willow Stitching charts.
